Patel Sai Holdings was founded on a shared vision between two brothers — Neil and Vinnie Patel — to build something meaningful, rooted in family values, strong work ethic, and a passion for serving others.
The journey began in 2007, when Neil opened the very first Little Caesars location in Greenville, Texas. With limited resources but unlimited determination, he laid the foundation for what would become a growing enterprise. In 2008, Vinnie officially joined forces with Neil, bringing fresh energy, operational drive, and a vision for expansion. Together, the brothers began growing their brand — not just in number of stores, but in the strength of their teams and the communities they served.
Over the years, Patel Sai Holdings expanded to operate 22 Little Caesars restaurants at its peak. Today, the company proudly owns and operates 11 strategically positioned Little Caesars restuarants, maintaining a laser focus on quality, consistency, and operational excellence. Each location reflects their continued commitment to delivering fast, affordable, and delicious pizza while creating a positive guest experience.
In 2025, the Patel brothers embarked on an exciting new chapter, expanding into the dessert space with the acquisition of two Crumbl locations. With Crumbl’s innovative product model and massive customer appeal, Patel Sai Holdings continues to evolve while staying true to its core values: family, hard work, and community connection.
What started as one store in a small Texas town has grown into a thriving company — not just because of good business decisions, but because of the heart behind it. For Neil and Vinnie, success isn’t measured only in store counts or sales, but in the opportunities they create for their teams, the memories made by their customers, and the legacy they continue to build — together.
Neil Patel
Neil Patel serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Patel Sai Holdings. Upon graduating from Stephen F. Austin University with a Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management, he embarked on an entrepreneurial journey in Greenville, Texas. As the owner-operator, he was deeply involved in every aspect of the business, including daily operations, back office tasks, human resources, marketing and development.
Over the next 18 years, he oversaw the expansions of 22 locations. This hands-on experience was instrumental in his understanding of the nuances of the fast-food industry and in learning the art of scalable business operations. Recognizing the potential for further expansion, Neil partnered with his brother, Vinnie, and together created Patel Sai Holdings. Today, Patel Sai Holdings is a multi-brand company (Little Caesars and Crumbl) that operates 13 restaurants in multiple states, with plans for ongoing growth. This growth has not only been in terms of numbers but also in building a strong company culture and an effective management team. Neil currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Independent Organization of Little Caesars Franchisees.
Neil Patel was born in England and considers Texas home. He is married to Shweta and has a 14-year-old daughter, Arya, and a 12-year-old son, Anish. Neil is a diehard Dallas Cowboys fan and enjoys creating memories with his family through travel around the world. He also enjoys playing basketball, cricket and football. Some of his other passions include entrepreneurship, food, and anything experience-related. As part of giving back, Neil mentors others starting in the restaurant space, business world, and has a pure passion for supporting several local causes.
Vinnie Patel
Vinnie Patel is the Chief Financial Officer, Managing Director, and Co-Founder of Patel Sai Holdings, where he has been a driving force behind the company’s growth and success since 2008. With a deep understanding of both finance and operations, Vinnie has helped guide the organization from a single-unit franchise into a thriving multi-unit enterprise operating over 22 restaurants across two states.
His leadership has been instrumental in executing strategic acquisitions, streamlining financial systems, and implementing innovative business models that have elevated the company’s performance and scalability. Known for his analytical mindset and forward-thinking approach, Vinnie focuses on long-term sustainability while maintaining the operational excellence that defines Patel Sai Holdings.
Vinnie brings a unique educational background to his role, holding a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Stephen F. Austin State University and a Master’s Degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from the University of Texas at Arlington. This combination of scientific discipline and financial acumen enables him to approach challenges with both precision and perspective.
In addition to his business responsibilities, Vinnie is committed to community engagement and personal growth. He values mentorship, team development, and giving back to the communities his restaurants serve. Above all, he is a dedicated family man. Vinnie lives in Louisiana with his wife, Sacha, and their two sons, 12-year-old Krishan and seven-year-old Prem. In his free time, he enjoys making memories with family and friends, always striving to maintain a healthy balance between work and life.

Bruce Franklin
Bruce Franklin serves as the Director of Operations at Patel Sai Holdings, where he plays a key role in shaping the company’s performance, culture, and future. Since joining the organization in 2015 as a General Manager at the Minden, Louisiana location, Bruce has steadily risen through the ranks — first as a standout store leader, then as a Supervisor, and now as a senior executive driving operational excellence across the brand.
With a passion for leadership development, team building, and accountability, Bruce has been instrumental in transforming the operational culture at Patel Sai Holdings. He is known for setting high expectations, empowering managers to lead with purpose, and fostering a workplace environment where teams feel supported, challenged, and inspired to grow.
Bruce brings a balance of strategic insight and hands-on experience, combining his deep understanding of store-level operations with a clear vision for long-term growth. His leadership has helped establish new benchmarks in customer service, product quality, and team performance throughout the company.

Francisco Ibarra
Francisco Ibarra is a seasoned Operations Supervisor at Patel Sai Holdings, bringing over 15 years of hands-on experience, dedication, and leadership to the team. His journey is a testament to hard work, resilience, and the power of growth from within.
Originally from Mexico, Francisco moved to Texas with a strong work ethic and a desire to build something meaningful. He began his career with the company as a crew member at the first store in Greenville, quickly standing out for his reliability, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence. Through perseverance and performance, he rose through the ranks — from crew to store manager, and ultimately into a supervisory leadership role where he now oversees multiple locations.
Francisco’s deep understanding of day-to-day operations, combined with his ability to motivate and guide teams, has made him an invaluable part of the company’s continued success. He leads by example, supports the development of new managers, and upholds the highest standards of service, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.
Known for his calm demeanor, team-first attitude, and strong connection to both staff and customers, Francisco continues to grow alongside the company that he helped shape from the ground up.
Brianna Roche
Brianna Roche is an Operations Supervisor with Patel Sai Holdings, overseeing multiple Crumbl Cookies locations with a strong focus on operational efficiency, service standards, and team development. Since joining Crumbl in May 2022 as a Baker, Brianna has quickly risen through the ranks, demonstrating exceptional commitment, leadership, and a sharp eye for detail.
Her journey from the kitchen to a key leadership role is a reflection of her hands-on work ethic and deep passion for creating exceptional customer experiences. Brianna has become known for her high standards, consistency, and ability to build strong, motivated teams that thrive under her guidance.
With a deep understanding of both the technical and human sides of store operations, she works closely with managers and crews to ensure every Crumbl location under her care runs smoothly, stays brand-aligned, and delivers sweet moments to every guest.
Outside of work, Brianna finds her greatest joy in her family. She is a proud mother to a 4-year-old son, and credits much of her success to the unwavering support of her amazing partner, who has stood beside her throughout her ongoing journey with Crumbl.
